At QJ Flowers, we take great care in preparing and delivering your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products—fresh flowers—all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Important Notes:

• All our floral arrangements are made fresh to order, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We operate exclusively within the UAE and currently only deliver within Sharjah and other Emirates as specified on our delivery page.

Damages or Concerns

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution.
