At QJ Flowers, we take great care in preparing and delivering your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products—fresh flowers—all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

- All our floral arrangements are made fresh to order, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We operate exclusively within the UAE and currently only deliver within Sharjah and other Emirates as specified on our delivery page.
